Who are we?
At Same Roots Collective, we offer a calm, nurturing space where people from all walks of life can feel safe, grounded, and at peace.
At our heart, we exist to serve the public good through the study of natural healing practices, such as meditation, yoga, breath works, and sound baths; as well as offering interfaith space for those on a spiritual journey. We do this through regular groups and circles, self-led or guided retreats for both individuals and groups, as well as providing space for personal reflection.
Our land and facilities welcome many forms of retreat and gathering. From sabbaticals to holistic self-care practices; family rest time to team building days; spiritual exploration and guidance to gentle, private swimming sessions; life celebrations, and more. Whether you come alone or with others, for reflection or connection, we hope this is a place where you can arrive fully and feel held.
We also have the pleasure of hosting a range of practitioners offering holistic health and wellbeing services, supporting each person's journey towards balance, wholeness, belonging, and spiritual wellbeing.
Alongside our spaces, we offer community-based projects that support deeper connection with self, land, and community. You can volunteer in our gardens, join growing workshops, or develop skills in hospitality alongside our friendly team members. We encourage barefoot grounding, time among the trees, and gentle pauses that support inner peace, wellbeing, and spiritual reflection.
