Our statement:
Same Roots Collective is a community hub supporting multi-generational holistic wellbeing, mental health, learning, and connection. We provide inclusive and safe spaces where people from diverse backgrounds can rest, heal, learn, and build meaningful relationships with themselves, each other, and the natural environment.
Our facilities support a wide range of community and public-benefit uses, including individual respite, family wellbeing activities, educational visits, workplace wellbeing days, spiritual guidance, swimming and physical wellbeing, community gatherings, and life-celebrations. We particularly serve individuals and groups seeking calm, peace, and connection in a nurturing indoor and outdoor setting.
We deliver community-based projects that promote wellbeing, resilience, and environmental sustainability. These include gardening and food-growing programmes, skills-based workshops, volunteering opportunities, and the development of a community pantry and eco-hub, due to open to the public in 2027. These projects reduce isolation, increase access to healthy food, and strengthen community participation.
Our charitable purpose is to advance the public benefit through the study and practice of meditation, natural healing, and preventative wellbeing. We do this by offering regular groups and circles, guided individual and group retreats, facilitated learning opportunities, and spaces for personal reflection and rest.
The Collective also hosts qualified practitioners who provide holistic health and wellbeing services, increasing local access to preventative and supportive care and contributing to improved mental, emotional, and physical wellbeing within the community.
