Carmen Belle White | Gong & Sound Artist
Carmen Belle White is a sound practitioner and multidisciplinary artist with over twenty years’ experience supporting individuals on their healing and spiritual journeys. A member of the College of Sound Healing (CoSH), Carmen began her professional path in 2004 as a Reiki Master Practitioner, laying the foundations for her integrative and intuitive approach to sound, energy work, and wellbeing.
Her work combines therapeutic sound with a deep creative awareness, offering spaces where people can slow down, regulate the nervous system, and reconnect with a sense of inner balance and presence.
Carmen facilitates immersive group gong baths and offers private 1:1 sound healing sessions. Working with gong, crystal alchemy bowls, and voice, her sessions are designed to support relaxation, emotional balance, and gentle inner exploration.
Clients are welcomed into a safe and supportive environment that encourages deep listening, embodiment, and personal insight. Each session is held with sensitivity, warmth, and respect for individual experience.
Alongside her healing work, Carmen is a visionary visual artist whose ethereal paintings explore the relationship between sound, colour, and consciousness. Her artwork has been exhibited at the Shaftesbury Arts Centre (2025) and the Sherborne Open (since 2024), creating contemplative visual spaces that invite reflection and transformation.
This artistic perspective naturally informs her sound work, bringing a sense of atmosphere, depth, and creativity to every session she offers.

Tracy Frost | Emotional Wellness Coach
My journey into healing began long before my professional qualifications. In 2002, I trained in spiritual healing, guided by a deep curiosity about energy, emotion, and the body’s natural ability to restore balance. Life, as it often does, then became my greatest teacher.
Through my own healing journey, I came to truly understand how deeply our emotions shape our wellbeing. Those years of lived experience gently moulded not only who I am, but also the way I now hold space for others.
Tracy Frost is an Emotional Wellness Coach dedicated to supporting women who feel overwhelmed, anxious, or emotionally stuck. Through gentle, client-led talking therapy, nature-led tools, and the use of pure essential oils, Tracy creates a calm, supportive space where clients can safely explore the root of their emotional challenges.
Her approach combines compassionate mentoring with simple, empowering practices designed to help women reconnect with themselves, restore balance, and move forward at their own pace. Alongside emotional wellness coaching, Tracy offers Aromatouch Therapy — a nurturing touch technique using therapeutic-grade essential oils to support relaxation and the body’s natural return to homeostasis.
With a focus on emotional safety, authenticity, and natural integrity, Tracy walks beside her clients as they rediscover calm, clarity, and a deeper sense of inner peace.

Jo Bothma | Clinical Psychologist
I initially studied for a science degree, stemming from a love of the outdoors and a desire to pursue a career which would allow me to work in natural surroundings. Nature often offers tremendous therapeutic benefit, and this experience personally, together with a desire to support people facing personal or relational difficulties, led over time to my interest in mental health and subsequently to further study in psychology.
For the past twenty years, I have worked as a clinical psychologist in various settings, both abroad and in the United Kingdom with both adults and older adults. Currently, in addition to working privately, I work part time in the NHS.
I work with a broad range presentations including anxiety, stress, depression, trauma, grief and loss, adjustment, insomnia and self esteem difficulties.
I adopt an integrative approach, drawing from various therapeutic models dependent on individual need and preference. I will work with you to develop an understanding of what is happening for you right now, in the context of your life and the support that you may need to move forward within the difficulties that you are facing.
I'm able to offer therapy in person or online. Alongside more traditional therapeutic approaches, I have a particular interest in the benefits of nature for mental health. Where appropriate, I offer the use of outdoor and natural spaces for therapy sessions, including seated or walk and talk formats, allowing the environment to be thoughtfully integrated into the therapeutic process. This approach may appeal to those who are naturally drawn to the outdoors or those who find the traditional therapy setting challenging.
Movement and being in nature can help our mind work differently, supporting clearer and more creative thinking, with positive effect on mood and emotion regulation. Further to this, natural spaces provide a rich sensory environment supporting the development and practice of mindfulness skills which are of benefit to both mental and physical health.
An important element of seeking therapy is feeling comfortable with the person with whom you work. I offer a free 30 minute phone or video consultation to learn a little about you, what you are looking for and whether I am the most suitable person to assist you.
